Healthy Kids Day set for Saturday

GOFFSTOWN - The YMCA is holding Healthy Kids Day on Saturday, May 1 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Goffstown Allard Center YMCA, 116 Old Goffstown Rd.  All are invited to join over a half million people and celebrate the nation’s largest health day for kids.

Bring the whole family for a free, fun-filled day of interactive games, family activities, health give-aways and more! Members and non-members are welcome at this fun-filled event for the whole family.

Activities include:

• Bouncy houses

• Gymnastics obstacle course

• Open climbing

• Water safety exercises

• Yogurt parfait bar

• Mountain boarding

• Parent child activities

• Mountain bike tuning from EMS

• Arts & crafts and so much more!
