Local Man Arrested During SWAT Incident
Police Responding To Domestic Dispute Say Man Threatened Them

GOFFSTOWN - A Goffstown man was taken into custody peacefully after a SWAT team was called in for a domestic dispute report.

Goffstown police said they were called to the home of Matthew Hujsak, 47. Police said Hujsak refused to submit to arrest and threatened officers, who believed he had firearms inside the residence.

Manchester's special response team was called for assistance, and Hujsak left the residence peacefully.

Hujsak was charged with two counts of criminal threatening, one count of simple assault and one count of criminal restraint. He was ordered held on $50,000 cash bail.
