Goffstown man found dead after crash
Found near Greer Road

GOFFSTOWN - Goffstown police found a man dead from a single-vehicle crash after responding to a missing person report.

Goffstown police said they were responding to Rainbow Drive for the report of a missing person at about 7 p.m.  They said James Walter Taylor was apparently driving his four-wheel vehicle along trails in a heavily-wooded area near Route 114 yesterday afternoon when he crashed. He was reported missing later in the day, triggering a search by local police and New Hampshire Fish and Game officers.

Taylor's body was found in an area near Greer Road. He reportedly lived near the trails, which are popular places to ride off-road vehicles.  Taylor was found dead at the scene.

The case is still under investigation.
