Hardware plans grand opening
GOFFSTOWN - Goffstown Hardware will hold a grand
opening celebration in recognition of the store's new,
15,000 square-foot location at 5 Depot Street, from Friday,
Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 8.
The new store is located across the street from the old
Goffstown Hardware at 24 Main St. The new
building is roughly three times the size of the old
Goffstown Hardware, has more than four times the parking and
was designed with an eye towards energy efficiency.
The building uses a geothermal heating and cooling system
and is highly insulated, both of which save money.
The grand opening celebration will feature live
entertainment, product demonstrations and door prizes.
A live band will perform on Sunday, Oct. 7, from 10 a.m. to
2 p.m., while Direct Vent Heaters and Weber-Stephen Products
Co. will be on hand to show off their products.
